A 30-year Morris County resident, Ron Aiosa offers extensive knowledge of local communities to buyers and sellers throughout Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and Sussex counties.

A top real estate agent since entering the profession in 2006, Aiosa has shared his real estate expertise during multiple appearances on NBC’s “Open House NYC” and “George to the Rescue.” Formerly in the mortgage industry, Aiosa has in-depth knowledge of the mortgage process and keeps up-to-date with changes in the field to better guide buyers. He also specializes in new construction and renovations, and is a Coldwell Banker Previews International Property Specialist, specializing in the marketing of luxury homes.

The Boswell/Aiosa Team is led by Bill Boswell and Ron Aiosa.
